ALL PLAYERS MUST create an online account to register or make a payment.

1.    If you have not already created an account, click on the link https://fefc.league-magic.com/main_player_registration.asp?cid=NPB  and follow the instructions.

2.    Create a Username and Password (write it down).

3.    Enter required information for the parent and child.

4.    Upload child's picture and required documentation.

5.    Pay

Required Player Documentation:

• Original Birth Certificate- ALL ATHLETES (NEW & OLD) - All athletes are required to turn in an ORIGINAL birth certificate it will returned to you. 

• 2024 Elite Physical Form - All Players/Cheerleaders are required to submit a Elite Physical Fitness Form. (PHYSICAL CAN ONLY BE ON ELITE FORM)

• 2024 Medical Consent & Media Waiver electronically sign.

• Final Report Card for previous school year

All athletes 11u / Juniors and up must turn in a copy of their final report card with all 4 quarters on it.
