$100 deposit is due at time of registration to hold your athlete’s spot on the team. Payment plan available. Registration must be paid in full by July 1st.
Football Sign Up Information
*Ages 5-14 as of 7/31/23
* Practices start August 1st
* $250.00 per athlete
* Traveler and Bag provided. Includes all equipment and uniform to use during season. Home and Away Jerseys, Helmet, Pants, and Shoulder Pads to be returned after the season.
* Parents are responsible for cleats and mouthpiece for their athlete.
Playoff games are in late October.
Cheer Sign Up Information
*Ages 5-16 as of 7/31/23
* Practices start August 1st
* $275.00 per athlete
* Includes traveler, backpack, game bow, breast cancer awareness bow, competition bow, and competition shoes. Game and Competition uniforms are provided but returned at end of season.
* Parents are responsible for providing game day shoes for their athlete.
Local Cheer Competition is in October. Regionals and Nationals starts in November and ends in December if team move on from local competition.
What is needed:
*2023 Pop Warner Participant Contract
*2023 Pop Warner Physical (Must be on Pop Warner Form, we can not accept any other physical form)
*Original Birth Certificate (NEW ATHLETES ONLY)
*End of year report card with all 4 quarters
