Spring 2026 NYSA Soccer

U10 & OLDER SOCCER TRAVEL SOCCER (competitive divisional play)

WHO? Athletes in grades 3-12
Grades 3/4 U10 (4th grade or lower & born on or after 1/1/2013)
Grades 5/6 U12 (6th grade or lower & born on or after 1/1/2011)
Grades 7/8 U14 (8th grade or lower & born on or after 1/1/2009)
Grades 9/10 U16 (11th grade or lower & born on or after 1/1/2007)
Grades 11/12/PG (12th grade + 1 year or lower & born on or after 1/1/2004)

WHAT? Travel program that competes in Central Mass Youth Soccer League

WHEN? Typically 1-2 practices per week and games on Saturday mornings and afternoons

WHERE? Northbridge Fields and surrounding towns in Central Mass program

EQUIPMENT REQUIRED? Shin guards, size 4 ball through U12, size 5 ball for U14 and up, soccer cleats and water bottle, town uniform kit required at additional cost

Spring 2026 In Town

U5 MIGHTY MITES
WHO? Preschool aged children aged 4 or up
WHAT? Age-appropriate soccer program with emphasis on fun and learning the game/skills
WHEN? Saturday mornings
WHERE? Lasell Field
Registration includes shirt only
Shin guards, size 3 ball, sneakers and water a bottle 

U6 SOCCER 
WHO? Kindergarten-aged children
WHAT? In town program include, skills , 3v3 games, no goalkeepers with PUG nets
WHEN?  1 weekday practice, games on Saturday mornings
WHERE? Local soccer fields
Registration includes jersey shirt only. Will need own black shorts and black soccer socks
Required: Shin guards, size 3 ball, water bottle and soccer cleats (sneakers are allowed)
   
 U8 SOCCER 
WHO? Kids in grades 1 and 2
WHAT? In town soccer games, 5v5 with goalkeepers and the introduction of referees and general rules of the game
WHEN? 1 practice per week (determined by volunteer coach) and games Saturday mornings/afternoons
WHERE? Local soccer fields
Registration includes jersey shirt only. Will need own shorts and soccer socks, kids are free to express their individual colors and patterns at this age. 
Required: Shin guards, size 3 ball, soccer cleats/sneakers and a water bottle       

U8 (Grades 1 and 2 Co-ed)

Our registration fee is $100, but we will be offering $20 off to those players registered by 10/26 with our Early Bird Savings!

- Travel league (U10 and above) open through 12/14

- In-town league (U8 and below) will remain open through 2/15

A few notes regarding registration:

Soccer is grade-based, not birthday-based, so please follow these guidelines when registering:

  • U5 - Preschool (must be four or turning four during the season)
  • U6 - Kindergarten
  • U8 - Grades 1/2
  • U10 - Grades 3/4
  • U12 - Grades 5/6
  • U14 - Grades 7/8
  • U16 - Grades 9/10
  • U18 - Grades 11/12
