The Nekoosa Youth Basketball Association strives to introduce young athletes to the game of basketball and establish a solid foundation of fundamental skills and sportsmanship.

We offer opportunities for recreational teams (grades 3 through 5) and competitive travel teams which are available for girls and boys in grades 6th through 8th.

Our objectives are to teach and train basketball players in developing leadership qualities and promote good sportsmanship among other players, coaches, parents, officials, and spectators.

We provide players with the opportunity to participate in a basketball experience where they can have fun and develop positive self-esteem and build character by learning the virtues of hard work, fair play, respect, honesty, self-control, teamwork, sportsmanship, and other life long lessons.
