There is a grant through T-Mobile for families specifically to apply for help in covering the cost of registration fees. They are notified within 5-7 day if approved and mailed a debit card to use for online payment.

Also, Here is another one that will pay registrations fees. If approved parents only have to pay $10 of the registration fee.
