💜💛 Belvidere Jr. Bucs Spirit

Belvidere Jr. Bucs Spirit is a youth cheer and spirit program designed to build confidence, teamwork, and school pride while supporting Jr. Bucs football and the Belvidere community.

Our Spirit athletes learn age-appropriate cheers, chants, motions, basic stunts, and game-day routines in a fun, positive, and supportive environment. The focus is on participation, sportsmanship, leadership, and representing the Purple & Gold with pride.

Spirit participants perform at Jr. Bucs football games and special events, helping create an exciting game-day atmosphere while forming friendships that last well beyond the season.

No prior cheer or dance experience is required—just enthusiasm, effort, and a great attitude!

Program Highlights:

Open to youth ages 7–11

Game-day cheering at Jr. Bucs football games

Emphasis on teamwork, confidence, and Buc Pride

Belvidere Jr. Bucs Tackle Football 2026

🏈 About the Jr. Bucs (Pop Warner)

The Jr. Bucs are part of the Chicagoland Pop Warner conference, which includes many youth football and spirit programs across northern Illinois.

The program emphasizes fundamental skills, teamwork, sportsmanship, and academic success alongside athletics — aligned with the broader Pop Warner Little Scholars mission to develop well-rounded young people.

Home games and activities are held at Funderburg Stadium / Belvidere High School in Belvidere, IL.
