2024 Belvidere Jr. Bucs Flag Football

We are excited to partner with the YMCA and offer a new branch of our organization, BJB Flag Football! We will be offering an opportunity for kids entering grades 1-4. That would be roughly ages 5-8. This opportunity gives kids a chance to play and grow in football in a non-tackling setting. To become comfortable with the game of football before entering the Pop Warner Tackle program.
*limited to 10 players per team!
Cost: $75 per player (includes a BJB game jersey)
What You Will Need: Mouth Guard, water bottle(labeled w/name), gym shoes, can wear cleats (no metal), and athletic apparel
Games Start: Saturday Early September to mid-October
*opportunity to play on a Friday night at Belvidere Bucs Football game
Description: Flag Football focuses on teamwork, sportsmanship, rules of the game, and skills for all positions.
Rules will be handed out to coaches

2024 Belvidere Jr. Bucs Spirit

Junior Bucs provides teams for youths between the ages of seven(7) and twelve (12) years old. ALL are
welcome to join the Junior Bucs! Practices and games will be hosted at Belvidere High School. The Junior Bucs
plan to collaborate with all local organizations who provide football and spirit in an effort to better prepare
and educate our kids.

Junior Bucs Football and Spirit Squad is proud to join Pop Warner National and Chicagoland Pop Warner! 
We will compete with kids of similar ages and size. Pop Warner requires participants to perform in the
classroom, play the game safely, and play with sportsmanship.
