The following information is required by Little League to be maintained on file by NWALL for all volunteers.

2.  COPY OF DRIVER’S LICENSE
3.  CLEARANCES (below)
*The following clearances are valid for 5 years from the date of issue 

1) Act 34: Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Record Check. No Fee for volunteers

2) Act 151: Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance. No Fee for volunteers.

3) Act 114: FBI Criminal Background.  There is a fee for this clearance.
