CYS BOYS Basketball Skills Training 2024

Welcome to the CYS BOYS Basketball Skills Training 2024. Registration is open to grades 3rd-8th. Training will begin THURSDAY, May 2, 2024 and the last training session will be May 30, 2024. This is for 5 training sessions. Your child can attend all or some of the sessions.

Training sessions will be held on Thursday evenings at Bishop Moore Catholic High School. Please note the times below:

Grades 3rd-5th at 5:30pm-6:45pm.

Grades 6-8th at 6:45pm-8:00pm.

**The first Day of the Training Session is Thursday, May 2nd**

The program is designed to introduce young athletes to key basketball fundamentals, agility, weight training, and conditioning for improved athletic performance and overall health.

The cost will be $50. Players can attend all or some of the sessions.
