CYS BOYS Basketball Skills Training

Welcome to the CYS Boys Basketball Skills Training.

Sessions will be held on Tuesday evenings at Bishop Moore Catholic High School. This registration includes skills training on the following dates:

June 7

June 14

June 21

June 28

July 5

Skills training sessions will be divided into two groups:

Times:

5:15 pm to 6:30 pm for BOYS currently in 3rd, 4th and 5th grade.

6:15 pm to 7:30 pm for BOYS currently in 6th, 7th and 8th grade.

Trainers: Bishop Moore Catholic High School Girls Basketball Coaches

The program is designed to introduce young athletes to key basketball fundamentals, agility, weight training, and conditioning for improved athletic performance and overall health.

The cost for this registration is $55.

Future Hornets GIRLS Basketball Clinic June 2022

Welcome to the Future Hornets GIRLS Basketball Training Session.

Sessions will be held on Monday and Thursday evenings at Bishop Moore Catholic High School.

Training sessions will be divided into two groups:

Times:

5:00 pm to 6:15 pm for girls currently in 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th grade.

6:15 pm to 7:30 pm for girls currently in 7th and 8th grade.

This registration is for the June 2022 sessions.

The program is designed to introduce young athletes to key basketball fundamentals, agility, weight training, and conditioning for improved athletic performance and overall health.

This registration is only for the June 2022 session. Look for a future registrations for the July session.

The cost will be $90/month. Players can attend all or some of the sessions.
