There is a contract for each participant - Player, Parent, Coach, Assistant coach. Please read through carefully, fill in correctly, and return or email to Maximum Velocity. These have been created to allow for clear expectations from all parties. Our focus is on the development, mentorship, and empowerment of youth. If you have any questions on the forms, please reach out to Maximum Velocity.
All coaches and assistant coaches will also have a background check conducted before being able to participate in any practices or games.
