Refund Policy

All refunds are subject to a $10 cancellation fee. Registrations cancelled before player evaluations will receive a full refund minus a $10 cancelation fee. After player evaluations, refunds will not be awarded.  Any camp cancellation request must be submitted 10 days prior to the first day of camp for a refund.  If PCBC chooses to cancel the season for any reason, including COVID-19, a prorated amount will be refunded to all participants. This prorated amount will be calculated based on factors including but not limited to the preseason clinic, uniform costs, and number of games remaining in the season.
