NFL Flag Football! Signs ups start Aug. 25th and go through September 19th Practices will be on Sundays for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Practices will start September 28th. Games will start Oct. 12th and go through Nov. 23rd. Once games start practices will be 45 minutes prior to your games. The age cut off date is September 1st. Practices and games will be at Wampler Keith Park. Evaluations will be held on Sunday September 21st 4-6 League at 1pm, 7-8 League at 1:45pm, 9-10 League at 2:30pm, 11-13 League at 3:15pm at Wampler-Keith Park.
