Haltom City Girls Softball Association was founded in 1975, by a group of individuals with one objective in mind and that we have provided below,

HCGSA OBJECTIVE: 
The purpose of this corporation shall be to implant in youth the ideals of good sportsmanship, honesty, and loyalty, courage and reverence through the instruction in the game of softball. The objective shall be reached by providing supervised competition, bearing in mind that attainment of exceptional skills and/or winning of the games shall be secondary. The molding of good, clean, healthy future citizens is of prime importance.
