Central Coast NFL Flag Football League (CCFF) is a recreational flag football league based in Santa Cruz County dedicated to providing boys and girls between the ages of 5-14 years of age the opportunity to develop basic football skills in a safe and fun environment. CCFF is beginning its 14th year of operations continuing to offer the flag football experience to the Aptos, Capitola, Soquel, Santa Cruz and Scotts Valley areas.

The League consists of four age divisions:

Division A:
ages 5-6

DIvision B
ages 7-8

Division C
ages 9-11

Division D:
ages 12-14

League sign-ups begin in May of every year and end at the beginning of August.  The season aligns with a typical NFL season—Sunday games in the mornings and afternoons from September through early November. Visit our Schedules page for details and more information.
