TEAM and SPECTATOR SEATING
Our fields cannot accommodate teams and spectators on one side. PAY ATTENTION to whether your team is listed as home or away and also to the signage for where home and away teams sit. We will have these areas marked with signage and have blue painted lines to keep spectators away from players on the sidelines.
FIRST GAME AT CLICK?
Yes, VOLUNTEERS and staff will be getting there at 6:45am. Yes, we will do our best to be set up and ready to go. We do not have time to delay games either. it is up to you if you want to be there 30-45 minutes early depending on how much time you need to warm up. We will have a staff of 2-4 volunteers at each location.
We will not delay games if you aren't checked in. Have your team be on time and ready to go in full uniform and it should run smoothly.
FIRST GAME AT ANOTHER LOCATION?
River road Complex, Petoskey Middle School (PMS) Fields, or Northmen Stadium?
We have the staff to check you in. Because there are only 2 fields at River (4 teams at a time), 2 fields at PMS(4 teams at a time), and 1 field at the Stadium (2 teams at a time) it is up to you if you want to be there 30-45 minutes early depending on how much time you need to warm up. We will have a staff of 2-4 volunteers at each location. We will not delay games if you aren't checked in, but it certainly won't take as long to check in at the smaller venues. Have your team be on time and ready to go in full uniform and it should run smoothly.

DUPLICATE JERSEY NUMBERS
Duplicate jersey numbers are not allowed. You will have to use tape to adjust. Your handwritten or typed tournament rosters must match your jersey numbers. If they need to be adjusted at time of checkin, they can be, but if they change throughout the weekend, you are setting your team up for possible penalty.
WHAT IF A ROSTERED PLAYER MISSES FIRST GAME?
Check in at tournament headquarters (behind concession to validate passcard) and receive your band.
DO PLAYERS NEED TO KEEP WRISTBAND ON?
YES, players absolutely need to wear their bands the entire weekend to be eligible to play.
WHAT IF A PLAYER LOSES THEIR BAND?
Bring your player and player pass card to tournament headquarters at click road complex for a new band. Try to keep your bands on all weekend!
SETTING UP TEAM TENTS
Yes you can have them, but not on the sidelines, obviously. They cannot be too close to the vendors or obstruct any walk way. They have to be set up far north eastern edge - like by overflow parking, behind vendors.

NO DOGS, spread the word, I have received a lot of calls. We love them, but we cannot have them at the tournament. NO DRONES allowed.

WHAT FOOD VENDORS WILL BE AT CLICK ROAD SOCCER COMPLEX?
* Returning this year! The Waffle Cabin and Kona Ice, HaolePino Hawaiian-Filipino Island Cuisine is a must after 3p on Saturday and all day Sunday.
* Our concession will offer pizza, Plaths hotdogs, nachos, walking tacos, bagels, gatorade, soda, water, coffee, hot cocoa

* Fine Designs will offer custom on the spot tournament logo apparel
* Harbor Photography will be there for tournament team photos

We will have Northern Michigan Sports Medicine at Click Road Soccer Complex. Call 911 for emergencies
VOLUNTEERS
Our tournament is run largely by volunteers. Our fields are maintained by our field director, a handful of community volunteers, and our membership. Please be kind, we couldn't offer our fabulous facilities without the support of our membership and community.

REFEREES
We ask ALL coaches, players, and spectators to RESPECT our referees. You will be asked to leave because of reported referee abuse. RESPECT ALL CALLS!
Our rules state: PROTEST. a. No protest will be allowed.
In ALL cases, the ruling of the referee is final.
