2026 Winter Indoor Soccer / TUESDAYS / Ages 8 and Under / LifeQuest


Winter season 2026 will run on Tuesdays from January 6th through February 24th indoors at Lifequest in Pasco


Parent+Tot (ages 2-3): 6-6:30pm
25-minute practices, no games

U4 (ages 3-4, without parent): 6-6:30 or 6:30-7pm
30-minute sessions, scrimmages will be included within weekly sessions

U6 (birth years 2020/2021): Tues 4:15-5PM (same time each week)
U8 (birth years 2019/2018): Tues 5-6PM (same time each week)
  • Teams will alternate between practices and games each week, at the same time each week
  • Tuesday U6 & U8 Teams: practices will fall on 1/6, 1/20, 2/3, & 2/17. All games will be on 1/13, 1/27, and 2/10. & 2/24.
  • U6 Practices and games are 45 minutes
  • U8 Practices and games are 60 minutes

Winter season 2026 will run on Fridays from January 9th through February 27th indoors at Lifequest in Pasco


The Tri-Cities Triumph is our semi-competitive level of play that focuses on player development for ages 9-14 without the travel.

For current or prospective Triumph players - (birth years 2017/2016/2015/2014/2013/2012/2011)
  • Teams will alternate between practices and games each week, at the same time each week
  • Practices will fall on 1/9, 1/23, 2/6, & 2/20. All games will be on 1/16, 1/30, and 2/13. & 2/27
  • Each age has one hour for practice or games
  • U10 for birth years 2017/2016
  • U12 for birth years 2015/2014
  • U15 for birth years 2013/2012/2011
