LAB Sports' mission is to provide an inclusive, safe, and fun environment for youth to learn and grow through flag football. We promote fairness and sportsmanship through a skills assessment and player draft, guaranteeing that everyone plays, regardless of skill level. Our goal is to make every player feel included and encourage them to have fun through healthy competition. We strive to create an environment that promotes teamwork, sportsmanship, and a love for the game.

Our season kicks off with a skills assessment combine just like the pros before they get drafted. After the combine, coaches meet to have a player draft and then rosters will be officially set! A few practices, then we are set for the games to begin! Immediately following the Regular season, teams will participate in a tournament to crown a League Champion! All league champions will receive championship hardware, and eligibility (if interested) to register for NFL Flag Regional tournament play at a discounted rate. Volunteers are our backbone, and we appreciate each and every one of them. Please don't be afraid to reach out if you are interested in being a volunteer. We provide every volunteer with the tools they need to succeed. From coaching to concession, with your help we can ensure every player has the best flag football experience Tampa Bay has to offer.

Register for our Girls Only division, our 4U Academy program specifically designed to introduce the game to our youngest flag pullers, or our coed/boy's division! With small rosters athletes have a greater chance of being on the field and not sitting on the sidelines.

We have dedicated field time for practice! Wednesday nights teams will be scheduled a one-hour window to prepare for Saturday night games. Games and practice take place at the same location, at Progress Village Park 8701 Progress Boulevard, Tampa, Florida 33691
