For registration to be complete, the following must be done:

 

1) Upload a RECENT photo of your athlete. Returning players please be sure to update the photo before the season starts.

 

2) Complete the 2026 Player/Participant Contract as well as the 2026 Medical History Form. These forms are integrated into the registration system. Be sure to answer all required questions and then hit the "view/accept" tabs under each form. Enter your first and last name and hit submit.

 

3) Upload a CLEAR copy of your child's birth certificate and have the ORIGINAL on hand for verification when required. If you are a returning player from last season, your birth certificate should already be uploaded. It will show on the system as "Document Verified" right under the player information.

 

PLEASE NOTE: While you will be able to complete online registration without the report card, registration is not official until you submit your athlete's END OF THE YEAR report card. You will need to log into your account when it is received and upload a copy. You will also need to submit three copies to our Little Scholars Representative for all those in 4th grade and above. It must be a complete report card showing all marking periods. Be sure to download a copy from the Genesis system before it is closed.
