Towanda JR Football INC. must have four forms of validation for ALL volunteers
PA Child Abuse- Act 151
State Police Criminal Record Check- Act 34
Photo copy of your photo ID 
 FBI Finger Print Waiver or Results (see below)

Pennsylvania  REQUIRES all volunteers to have all these clearances.

PSP Criminal Record Check and PA Child Abuse can be completed with no fee by selecting volunteer uses. Act 151 clearances are good for 60 months, Act 34 must be renewed on a yearly basis.

All 4 forms must be turned in to Amber Edsell, Secretary.  Hard copies can be turned in or forms can be emailed to [email protected]

The TJFC will NOT allow any person to participate without clearances on file with our secretary.

FBI Clearance
Any volunteer who HAS NOT been a resident of Pennsylvania for the preceding 10 years must be fingerprinted as part of the state volunteer policy.  There is a fee.
