Naugatuck Pop Warner, Inc. (NPW) is a non-profit organization that promotes the game football and maintaining active, well rounded lifestyles for the youth in the Naugatuck Valley.

NPW was founded in 2008, by the late Paul McGrath and continues to grow and serve as an opportunity for youth athletes to play the game of football. The game of football offers many other life lessons including accountability, leadership, hard work, dedication and teamwork. However, above all else the organization requires its athletes to maintain academic standards in order to participate.  Naugatuck Pop Warner is committed to developing our young athletes both on the field and off.

At every level, NPW seeks to develop well-rounded young men and women who learn not only the fundamentals of football but also the importance of education in an atmosphere conducive to developing sound character while having a good time.
