CDC Concussion Online Training

It is the policy of BGSL to have all of our coaches certified for Concussion awareness annually from CDC training:   HEADS UP to Youth Sports: Online Training for Coaches

1.  Log on to website
2.  Create account or login to existing account
3.  When creating an account will need to complete profile, use the following to complete:
   1.  Managed Groups – select Other à Other Public Health Interests
   2.  Organization Name – “Berkeley Girls Softball League”
   3.  Department and Title – “N/A”
4.  Save and Navigate back to course if not returned:  https://www.train.org/cdctrain/course/1089818
5.  Select Pre-Assessment and complete the 31 questions
6. Close and Return to course, Select Launch and complete 5 sections
7. Close and Return to course, Select Assessment and complete 18 questions
8. Close and Return to course, Select Print Certificate and Save
9. Email you CDC Certification to:  [email protected]
