Practices are generally on Monday-Friday during the week for 1 hour.  The normal practice times are 5:00 or 6:00.  You may not choose your night of practice, but you are able to submit a Team Change request in the event that you get placed on a team that practices on a night in which you can not attend.

Games are almost always played on Saturdays.  Game times can vary from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.  The Game schedule for each season will be published no later than 10 days prior to the start of each season.
