Registration Fees
$195 Game Day Package will include:
- Bloomers, socks, bow, poms & merch item
- Uniform Top and Bottom (will be returned at the end of the season)
- League competition (TBD)
Parent Obligations
- All parents have two (2) obligations during the season.
- Work one (1) hour concession shift per player.
- Participate in the fundraiser (selling popcorn).
** Parents can buy out of each obligation for an additional $35 for concessions and $50 for fundraisers.
Game Day Fundraising
- Calendar fundraiser due no later than 8/31 (emailed to all registered cheerleaders)
- Complete the July or August Calendar- If you fill all dates, we will refund 100% of your $195 registration!
Additional Information
- Game Day practice will begin tentatively the week of 7/15.
- Practice will be held at Stewarts Creek Lifepoint Campus 3x per week and will drop to 2x per week once Saturday games begin.
- League competition practice dates (TBA)
- Home games will be held at Stewarts Creek High School
- Game Day cheerleaders are expected to attend all home and away games.
- Game Day cheer is not a requirement for those that want to do Competition Only cheer. The fees will remain the same as Game Day in addition to Comp as they will still receive the Game Day package and Comp Day package.

Competition Registration Fees
(Senior and Junior Squads Only – ages 7 and up)
$75 Comp package includes:
- All items included in the Game Day package
- Competition costs (minimum of two additional competitions)
- Long-sleeve mock neck
Mandatory competition evaluations and squad selections dates TBA. Placement dates TBA. Competition Registration should be paid online after selection is finalized. Ages 6 and under will only compete in the TNYFL competition. No evaluations are needed.
Junior Comp Squad Information
Junior Comp Squad will compete in two (2) additional local competitions. Comp Squad cheerleaders are expected to practice 3x per week throughout the Game Day season and through the end of Comp season. Once the squad is selected, more information regarding schedule, practice expectations, attendance requirements, etc. will be announced.
Senior Comp Squad Information
Senior Comp Squad will compete in two (2) additional local competitions as well as the Battle in Rocky Top Competition (usually held in November). Once the squad is selected, more information regarding travel itinerary, lodging, practice expectations, attendance policy etc. will be announced.
Senior Comp Fundraising
Competition fundraising will go toward additional equipment needed, snacks, senior comp squad end of year dinner, personalized swag, and more!
- Popcorn Sale – mandatory or $100 opt-out fee
- Fill My Bow – this will be a voluntary fundraiser that can help families with travel cost associated with competition, accommodations, food, etc. 100% of money raised will go directly to the cheerleader!

The Stewarts Creek Youth Football and Cheer Association (SCYFCA) is a member of the Tennessee Youth Football League (TNYFL) and calls Stewarts Creek High School's Football field home. Our teams will provide children ages 4-12 with opportunity to participate in football and cheerleading programs and represent the Stewarts Creek Community.
