Spring 2022 - SYFA Flag Football
Calling All Smithville Tigers!!!
The Smithville Youth Football Association (SYFA) is excited once again to offer sign-ups for a spring flag football experience like no other – live and local right here in Tiger territory! You can use the Google Form link below to access the sign-up form.
While we are a bit delayed in getting the process started in this second flag football season due to logistics, we plan to start practices the week following Jamboree, and have our teams play two games per Saturday, with opening weekend games starting April 30 and ending May 21.
We will need coaches and volunteers to help make this happen for our players, but first and foremost we need you parents to sign your Tigers up ASAP so we can form teams by age group and order jerseys.
We are really looking forward to having the kids out there on the field again for a second season – it was a blast for everyone last year. We are putting on an all-out blitz to get sign-ups so you may see this message more than once – we look forward to seeing you and your SYFA Tigers for a short but fun spring flag football season!
Registration Cost
$65 per player ($60 for NFL Flag Registration & $5 to defray referee costs). Registration dues can be paid by check, cash or money order either to your team’s coach (who will then remit to SYFA) or to a SYFA board member or designee. Checks should be made out to “Smithville Youth Football Association”. Please contact one of the individuals listed at the top of the registration form with questions. Fill out a separate form for each player you are registering.

· Kindergarten - "Pee Wee" Level
· 1st & 2nd Grade - "Freshman" Level
· 3rd, 4th & 5th Grade - "Junior Varsity" Level
· 6th, 7th & 8th Grade - "Varsity" Level
