Refund Policy


Greater Helotes Little League is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that is run by volunteers. Fees are collected to cover the costs of operating a private baseball and softball facility that regularly serves over 1,000 kids each fall/spring. We are a private park and we do not receive any assistance from the city or the county. Some of the recurring monthly expenses include our land mortgage, alarm service, trash service, utilities, contract labor, etc. The total costs of these monthly expenses is about $11,000.00 per month whether we are in season or not. The mortgage payment alone is $5,800.00 per month.

This policy is necessary to limit the number of changes that occur once we begin to secure coaches and determine how many teams we will have in each division. From now until January 16, 2023, you are eligible to request and receive a full refund minus a $25.00 administrative fee. After January 16, 2023, no refunds will be issued without a valid medical reason. GHLL reserves the right to view refund requests on a case by case basis when deemed appropriate. In order to receive a refund, a written request must be sent to the Director of Registration at ([email protected]). Refunds do not include credit card and processing fees.
