Mentorship
Our coaches and staff mentor our athletes for success on the field, success in the classroom, and supporting their communities through community service. In order to participate in our program, AIT athletes must maintain passing grades in the classroom. We provide resources for students who are struggling with academics including tutoring recommendations and SAT/ACT prep. As a team, AIT athletes participate in community service efforts throughout Western Pennsylvania.
Competition
AIT trains Western Pennsylvania's premier athletes. Many of our athletes have been recruited to compete at the collegiate level. When training at AIT, your athlete will be training with some of the area's top players. Although winning is always an objective, we believe attitude and investment as the core of what our program is about will help your student-athlete succeed beyond the field.
Position Skills Training and Football Development
Our workouts are structured into phases:
1. Positional Skill Development
2. Speed and Agility Development
3. Testing and Mobility Training
Exposure
7v7 provides a unique recruiting opportunity for high school players. Many 7v7 tournaments have college scouts where players are evaluated. Teams also have the opportunity to schedule college visits. In addition to in person exposure at tournaments, AIT coaches and staff help the players effectively use social media to promote themselves as a next-level athlete.
