Friends of the Taft City Parks is a environmental 501(c)(3) non-profit organization located in Taft, TX that seeks to improve the quality of life for local residents.

The Friends of the Taft City Parks operates year-round to ensure local residents are getting the most out of their parks and city, and welcomes feedback from the community.

Friends of the Taft City Parks offers low cost youth programs to our community and surrounding areas. As a nonprofit organization we rely on donations as well as funds raised through fundraisers to keep the organization going for our youth. We currently offer NFL Flag Football, JR. NBA and Micro-Soccer for our youth. During these programs our youth learn the fundamentals of the game while having fun with their teammates. We encourage all our volunteers to help us create a positive and learning environment for all our youth. For our adults we currently offer an Adult Kickball League for a fun way for our parents and community members to get active while having some great laughs. We love to support not only the youth in our programs but in our community as well. We love to give shout outs and share information on other youth programs in our community/surrounding areas on our Facebook page.
