The Pateadores have announced a 20-year joint facility agreement with Vanguard University to develop a state of the art soccer training complex. The multi-million dollar agreement reflects the bold ambitions of the Pateadores, a club that have won two youth soccer national championships in 2013.
The new soccer complex, located in Costa Mesa, California, will consist of a full size turf playing field, three full size futsal courts, grand stand seating for spectators, video capability and many more amenities.
Jon Szczuka, the Club Director of the Pateadores said, “We are very excited about our partnership with Vanguard University. This new complex will offer tremendous benefits for all the players in our program. This will be a primary location for our Club wide player combines as well as give all our players the opportunity to participate in our futsal programs. Futsal is being promoted heavily by the United States Soccer Federation because of the positive impact on the players skill development. We can’t wait to begin.”
David Barry, President of the Pateadores said, “This is a huge achievement for our Club. This complex will serve as our flagship location and help keep the Pateadores positioned as one of the top soccer clubs in the nation for many years to come.”
The new turf field is scheduled to be completed in October with the futsal courts operational in November 2013.
