The Pateadores BU12 team captured the Cal South National Cup by defeating Real So Cal 3-0 in a hard fought game.
Real So Cal came on strong in the first half, but the Pats’ defense stepped up to the challenge. By the half, the BU12 slipped one by the Real So Cal keeper for a 1 – 0 game. In the second half, both teams played for the win with a flourish of threatening attacks. On two such occasions, it was the Pats that were able to connect and put two more into the net. The Pats possession game was superb right up until the final whistle, as pass after pass exposed the flanks of Real So Cal.
