In order to create an account and register:
1. Click on the “Register” button that is located in the upper left corner of the website. From here, you will create an account that can be used for all of your future online registrations.
2. Enter all required fields and create your online registration account (once your account has been created, you will receive an account creation email – this is not an order confirmation email!)
3. Enter your participant’s information and select the programs in which you would like your child to participate.
4. Fill out the participant information and follow the steps through to the checkout screen.
5. On the checkout screen, enter your selected payment method information and click “submit.” If you do not press “submit” on the checkout screen, then your order is not complete!
**Please note that if you pay by credit card, you will see a charge on your statement from Blue Sombrero. **
In order to register with an existing account:
1. If you have completed on online registration in the past, you already have an account and do not need to create a new one. To log into an existing account, click on the Login button on the right side of the screen.
2. Enter your username and password. If you do not remember your username and password, please click on the “Forgot Username and Password” button to get a reminder. Please, DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT as doing so will only cause confusion. If you have changed your email address or are unable to receive a password reminder, please send an email to [email protected] for help.
3. Once you have logged into your account, click on “Register Now” in the upper left corner of the screen. This will bring up a list of available programs for each participant listed in your account. If you need to add another participant, please do so by clicking on the green button on your main account screen that reads, “Add Participant.”
4. Continue through all steps of registration to the checkout screen.
5. If paying by credit card, please make sure that all of your billing information is entered correctly!
6. Click on “Submit” at the bottom of the checkout screen. Please note – if you do not click “Submit” or if you do not receive an Order Confirmation email (check your spam folder for this email, just in case!), your registration is NOT COMPLETE.
