Entry fees for applications must be received within 6 business days of submission of the online application. We have had a wait list of teams in recent years so prompt payment ensures your team will have an opportunity to play.  Application and Payment mailing address:

REGISTRATION

ALL teams must supply the following:
- IYSA Tournament Roster
- League Roster - Must come from your League Site
- Medical Release and Liability Waiver
- Player and Coach Passes (All Players) - Current Year

Additional Forms for Non-IYSA teams:
- Risk Management Certification
- Form NT (Non-IYSA Team)

All teams must check in/register at least 1 hour prior to their first game. There is additional paperwork required for Guest Players that are not part of the same club.

Pre-Registration will be available electronically until the Friday before the tournament begins.  On-site registration will be offered at the main field on either Wednesday or Thursday of tournament week.
