Bolingbrook Soccer Club would like to welcome back our sports medicine
partner! The AMITA Health Sports Medicine program is back for the fall season
as we continue to look out for the health and wellness of our athletes and
family members of Bolingbrook Soccer Club.
What does this mean for
you?
The AMITA Health Sports Medicine outreach program gives their
community partners access to their very own Athletic Trainer and Healthcare
Concierge. This will include our
Athletic Trainer checking in on injuries at practices from time to time, as
well as injury prevention information provided to our coaches, parents, and
players.
As a member of Bolingbrook Soccer Club, if your child or
family member has an injury you can call our Sports Medicine team at any time
to assist you and provide quick access to the AMITA health system. This
service is free for our members!
Meet
