Car Safety Notice

Adams Park Car Theft Safety Notice The Kennesaw Baseball Association along with the Kennesaw Police Department would like to remind our Membership to practice the following:

Know where you Children are at all times and remind them to stay close. Never allow them to be left unsupervised. Full parental responsibility is mandatory when your child is on the Adams Park grounds during practices and games. We are requiring that at least 1 parent must accompany their child when participating in baseball activities at Adams Park facility. If your child is un-accompanied and your coach is unaware of no parental presence, parents will be notified to pick up their children immediately. Please help enforce park safety to keep our children and your park safe. Lock Your Doors, Set Your Alarm – An unlocked car is an invitation to theft. Car locks and alarms are your first line of defense: an open door provides the perfect opportunity for a thief to get in your car with little or no effort or detection. Use audible alarms it’s a quick notification of unwanted entry. Hide Valuables Left in Your Car - If you must store portable electronic (GPS units or other) in your vehicle place them in the truck or glove compartment. Don’t leave anything of value in your car. Leaving your purse, wallet, checkbook, computer laptop or even your golf clubs in plain sight in your car can be an open invitation to a thief. Again, if you must leave personal items in your car, secure them in the trunk and out of sight of the thief. Always remove these personal items from your vehicle when you park the car for the evening.

Any suspicious activity or loitering in the parking lot should be reported to the Kennesaw Police Department 770-422-2505. (Emergency 911)
