FL Soccer SRC Inc is now using ArbiterSports to certify to the United States Soccer Federation that certain individuals have met the eligibility requirements imposed by USSF for the following events:
New Entry Referee courses
New Assessor, Instructor and Assignor courses
All Annual Recertification courses for all grades and badges
Upgrade Workshop courses
Mandated Fitness Challenge
Permanent Transfer to the State of Florida
In addition, FL Soccer SRC Inc is the sole depository of USSF registrations for the State of Florida and we provide this approved and registered list to the appropriate organization for the performance of the mandated once annual background check.
To assist you in this transition, we have placed a number of documents and or videos on our Home Page for your review. We have also transferred all of your records to ArbiterSports.
If you are a recertifying individual, we have transferred your past five (5) year records to ArbiterSports.
If you are a member of another organization, simply accept the invitation to join FL Soccer SRC Inc and make sure your profile is correct or correct same.
Then follow the instructions from the Home Page to recertify for 2017.
If you are a student and have already registered in an upcoming Entry course, please follow the instructions below and the ones from our Home Page. We have transferred your information and or payment to ArbiterSports but you need to confirm same.
If you are a new prospective referee, please follow the instructions from our Home Page and the ones below to register in an New Referee Entry event.
Follow these simple steps to get started:
Go to FLSRC.ArbiterSports.com and enter your sign in information (top right of page).
Don't remember your password or you are new to ArbiterSports? Reset your password.
(Note: the first time you sign in you must accept the Terms & Conditions and change your password. If you were registered in 2016 then we have already created an ArbiterSports account for you. You will need to click on forgot password in order to retrieve it.)
Check your Profile page to make sure your personal information is accurate. Phone numbers can be updated by clicking the Phones link. You can also upload a photo of yourself using the link on the left menu. Administrators and assignors find it helpful to see your face with your name.

Hobe Sound Soccer Club will pay for the entry class for anyone that referees for HSSC and is actively involved with HSSC as a player/volunteer/coach. Unfortunately, at this time, the club can no longer reimburse referees for the cost of recertification.
