Mandatory Meeting for ALL high school players (and their parents) interested in participating on one of Stamford Peace's high school teams this upcoming 2013 Spring/Summer AAU Season.
When: Saturday, February 23rd, 3 - 4:30 pm
Where: Stamford Jewish Community Center, 1035 Newfield Avenue, Stamford, CT 06905
The purpose of this meeting is to review Stamford Peace's AAU basketball program, introduce our high school coaching staff, and describe the particular responsibilities -- on both sides -- required to maximize the AAU and college preparatory experience at the high school level. Given CIAC rules limiting high schoolers' in-season play, tryouts for all Stamford Peace High School teams formal tryouts will not be held until after the Connecticut high school seasons end (on or about March 16th, 2013) -- although to the extent possible high school rosters may be assembled ahead of time. More information on high school tryout dates/locations to follow.
Please RSVP to let us know whether or not you are able to attend. If you are unable to attend but your child is interested in participating in tryouts for a high school team, please let us know that as well. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the Stamford Peace office by telephone at 203-588-9020 or by email at
