Our objective is to help the boys develop into the best soccer players they are capable of within a competitive and encouraging environment. Individual technique, strong understanding of team skills, as well as sportsmanship will be emphasized in both training and game day conditions.

Our coaching staff will strive to be good roles models through positive support and we expect our parents and sideline guests to do the same.  Players will be challenged and rewarded to maintain good grades (report cards will be collected).  Players will be expected to behave in a manner that reflects well on our team, our club, as well as our community.

CDO Rangers will play within the Pima County Junior Soccer League (PCJSL) as well as local tournament play.  The playing ability of the team will be assessed throughout the season with the objective of finding a challenging yet realistic level of competition. All players will be offered the opportunity to develop their skills at practice and in games.  Training and games will be approached in a positive learning environment for all.

Beginning in August, the team will train twice a week at Crossroads Park (Monday and Wednesday) through April 2012.  League games will be within Tucson on Saturdays and begin in the fall of 2011.  A tournament schedule will be discussed among parents and coaches once the team is formed, but is expected to include mainly in-town tournaments with the possibility of two Phoenix or Prescott tournaments.  There are no coaching fees.  Team fund raising options will be discussed prior to the start of the fall season.
