About Our Team:
Our objective is to help the boys on the team play the best soccer they are capable of against strong competition, to develop them individually and as part of a team. We emphasize good sportsmanship, (even if our opponents do not reciprocate!), and expect parents to be supportive and positive on the sidelines. Players are challenged to maintain good grades in school, (report cards are collected and monitored for poor
off the field behavior/lack of effort), and to behave in a manner that reflects well on our club.

Coaching Staff:
Adam Goldstein & Steve Wallace (trainer). - Adam holds a USSF ‘D’ National License - Adam is a former Sereno SC player and has 4 years coaching experience this team - Steve Wallace (CDO Director of Coaching) will train with the boys 2 days per week - Steve holds a NSCAA Premier/Master Coach Diploma
Monthly training fees are $75 per player.
CDO Alliance U14B is a competitive team that will play in State League II starting in the fall of 2011. Beginning in August when our fields open, the team will train twice a week for 1 1/2 hours (times/location TBD) through April 2011, with the possibility of additional Friday sessions on an optional basis. League games are played on Saturdays in either Tucson and Phoenix.
We will play a minimum of three tournaments in Phoenix and possibly one tournament in each California and/or Las Vegas. Below is the schedule we followed for the 2009-2010 season, although we will discuss and finalize a tournament schedule for the 2011-12 season once the team is formed.
Tournament costs are split evenly between the players on the roster – for example, a $420 entry fee in a 16 player squad is $30 per player to enter. These costs can be offset through fundraising and donations, or simply paid on a per tournament basis. Benson training camps are held at a privately owned custom soccer facility and run around $150 per player for the weekend, all inclusive.
