Recreation Program

The Recreation program is designed for players to continue learning the basic skills associated with soccer and to enjoy themselves. This is a less-competitive program, having fun and learning soccer skills is the priority. The recreation program features separate boys and girls' programs, usually ages' 9-10, 11-12, & 13-14.
 
In the past when we were unable to fill a separate 13-14 year old team we combined age groups to make an 11-14 year old category. This will be dependent on the number of 13 & 14 year olds that register. Experience levels vary dramatically from several years to none. A mixture of skill is placed on every team. Depending on the numbers of sign-ups for the 9-10, 11-12 and 13 & 14 year old group we will either be self contained or we could combine our program with neighboring towns. Last year we had no problem fielding 9-10, or 11-12 year old teams but had some difficulty with 13 and 14 year old teams.

It is our hope that we will stay self contained.
