As the 2023 Avonworth baseball season is only months away from beginning we are looking for sponsors for the year. This year we are going to be doing things slightly different than in the past. We have more sponsorship opportunities and the sponsorships will last for the spring and fall of 2023!
Every year we welcome close to 500 Avonworth children and their families to our complex from late March until November & rely on our sponsors to help provide us the funding necessary for field supplies, uniforms, equipment, insurance, charters, utilities and necessary field upgrades that keep us as one of the premier youth baseball organizations in the Pittsburgh metro area.
Avonworth Athletic Association is a nonprofit volunteer based organization that provides invaluable skills, friendships and life lessons to the youth of the Avonworth community.
Listed Below is our levels of sponsorship for 2023 spring and fall Season(s):
Premier Sponsorship: $1000/ $1200 (New)
● $1200 for Naming rights of a field which includes a large, durable sign with your company logo hung in a prominent location. Example: T Ball 6 at FastSigns Field.(Available fields: T Ball 4/5, T Ball 6, Instructional League, Minor League, Little league) for the 2023 season. Naming rights are on a first come, first served basis.
● $1200 for naming rights of concession stand for the 2023 season.
● $1000 for naming rights of a batting cage (Little league, Minor League & Instructional League) for 2023 season.
● $1000 for naming rights of a shed (Big shed, Little shed & 2 sheds at Instructional league) for 2023 season.
Presenting Partner -$800
● Includes premier signage at high traffic areas around our facility.
● Team uniform sponsorship for spring & fall season.
Grand Slam Partner- $450
● Includes a field sign.
● Team uniform Sponsorship for spring & fall season.
Team Partner - $350
● Team uniform sponsorship for spring & fall season.
Honor Walk Patron - $50 (New)
● Family name displayed on a shared sign along our Honor Walk (located along the right field causeway of the minor league field to home plate).
