Tonka United is excited to host a "Club Day" on Saturday Feb 28th at the Hopkins Pavilion.  This is a chance for all members of Tonka United to come together and experience different elements of our association. Throughout the day our professional staff will provide informational sessions on Club Philosophy, Specific Program Information, and Administrative Q & A.  You will also have the chance to observe our coaching staff run age specific field sessions.  In addition, Tonka United has partnered with outside organizations to provide information about creating a positive youth sports culture, player wellness, and injury prevention.  General Sports will also be on sight all day for club apparel fitting.  Come join us!

As part of the club day Tonka United has asked workshop leaders from the "Positive Coaching Alliance" (PCA) to come out and perform a workshop for both parents and coaches.  We strongly believe in the principles of the Positive Coaching Alliance and will be implementing PCA within Tonka United.  ADDITIONAL PCA INFORMATION

PCA For Coaches

For Coaches it is Mandatory to attend a PCA session unless you have already attended with another Minnetonka sport (ie. Hockey, Basketball, Swimming)   Coaches that have attended with a different sport need to email Bobbi to let her know when and what sport.  [email protected]

For Parents it is STRONGLY ENCOURAGED.   We will be giving away 1 Play United T-shirt for all who attend, along with a drawing for other prizes including free tryout registration!

ACL Testing

ACL Testing provided by Nova Care Rehabilitation is free & encouraged for players age 13-18.  RSVP - ACL TESTING
