JOB DESCRIPTION:  Serves as the primary administrative support for the Recreation Program.  Provides timely customer service via email, phone and web based communication tools.  Works with Recreation Director and Board Recreation Director to prepare schedules, provide communication and assist as needed to organize, process and publish team information.  Administers uniform and equipment distribution.  Aids in the marketing of the recreation program to area schools and municipalities.  Provide administrative support and guidance to all club programs as determined by the Executive Director.  Helps build and maintain positive relationships with local municipalities, school districts and other relevant soccer organizations including MYSA.  Work with the Executive Director, Director of Coaching, the Technical Director and the Recreational Director on timelines and tasks for successful execution of all programs.

COMPENSATION: This is a part-time (12-20 hrs./week) position with hourly pay commensurate with experience.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS: The successful candidate will have strong organizational & customer service skills, ability to multi-task, computer literate & knowledge of Microsoft Office products.  Candidates with Quickbooks certification/experience or experience in youth sports administration will be preferred. 

BACKGROUND:  TUSA is the largest non-profit youth soccer club in Minnesota and the upper Midwest.  Currently TUSA has over 3,500 boys and girls on its recreational and travel teams. We are affiliated with the US Youth Soccer, Minnesota Youth Soccer Association (MYSA) and US Club Soccer.  Our offices are located in Minnetonka, Minnesota.
