Isaac started his coaching career in 1996 at Brea Olinda High School and Brea Blaze (now F.C Brea). He moved to San Juan Soccer Club in 1999 and was a key contributor to the club's success, expansion and eventual rebranding to United Futbol Club under the direction of Matt Swindle. During his tenure with UFC his teams won multiple league titles, National Cup semi-finalist and competed in key college showcases and high profile invitational tournaments such as Dallas Cup. Isaac has been a staff coach at Pateadores since 2013.
Isaac's training style and approach empowers young players to explore the game, develop technical and tactical proficiency in a highly competitive environment. He is committed to player and team development with a focus on individual accountability and life skills that transcend the game of soccer.
Isaac earned his BA in Business Communications from Chapman University and currently works in the media industry.
