U13/U14 USSDA TRIALS

Pateadores Academy trials will be held at Vanguard University in Costa Mesa. Academy trials will consist of exercises designed to show us your range of technical ability, tactical awareness and physical abilities. These trials are aimed at giving players the opportunity to display their talent and to obtain an assessment of their potential from the Pateadores Academy Staff. All participants are graded and assessed by USSF licensed coaches.

Pateadores Academy has a professional responsibility to practice common courtesy in responding to individuals as quickly and efficiently as possible. Pateadores Academy staff will work together on determining the right mix of players based on strengths and weaknesses of individuals, group and team performance.

2015-16 Academy Teams - these teams are formed by calendar year and participate in the U.S. Soccer Development Academy program.

THE ACADEMY

The Academy will be a home for over sixty elite soccer players, and three teams ranging through the ages of 13-18, that are developing under the guidance of professional coaches. The academies coaching staff has a development program that has graduated players into many top universities (Divisions 1, 2, 3 and NAIA), as well as pro teams and various international leagues. Our staff has also placed numerous players with the various ages into Youth National Teams.

Our professional and very experienced coaching staff is comprised of coaches with various types of top - level experiences as coaches and players.

Pateadores Soccer Academy follows a proven development curriculum that focuses on technical, tactical, physical, psychological components of the game.

ACADEMY TRYOUT REGULATIONS U13/14

As a reminder, current registered full-time or Developmental Academy players are not eligible to tryout with a different Academy club until after the conclusion of the Academy Playoffs/Showcase on June 22nd.  If a team qualifies for Finals Week, those players will not be eligible to attend tryouts for another Academy club until after the conclusion of Finals Week.
