Pateadores BU11 MV Blue defeat Carlsbad Lightning White 4-1 to win the Carlsbad Cup Championship.
Through pool play, Pateadores scored 17 goals for and 1 against in cementing their spot in the championship match. Pateadores results were supported by great team defending and excellent support from their midfield play. Coach Watson was pleased with the overall commitment to play positive balls in the attack and executing defensive pressure higher in the field. This led to numerous turnovers in their opponents half and resulted in quality chances throughout the tournament.
