The Pateadores BU16 (Torrance) has started the first flight of the Southern California Development Soccer League (SCDSL) undefeated after four games and sits at the top of the table in the highly competitive first flight.
The good form comes as no surprise. In August, the BU16 had a string of tournament victories, including a victory in the under-17 division of the OC Kickoff Classic.
Head Coach Joe Cantu has instilled a high momentum style of play on his squad to compliment his team’s traditional stinginess on defense.
