What a Win! Kevin Elson's GU10 Lady Pateadores just kept on going in the 2011 Pats Cup Tournament.
After losing their first game 3-1, the team came together and won their following three games 2-0, 3-0, 2-0, earning the wild card spot in the finals by one point!
The Championship game was one of the best soccer games a spectator could wish for. Leahi Blue was a fantastic competitor coming all the way from Hawaii.
These girls all played their hearts out. At the end of regulation, the score was tied at 0-0. The girls then ended overtime play with still no score for either team.
Penalty kicks would then decide the champions. After getting into the second rotation of penalty kicks, (it was quite a nail biter) Elson's Lady Pats came home with the GU10 Girls Pats Cup Tournament trophy!!!
