It may be news to many of you but the Pateadores support a women's team that plays in the Womens Premier Soccer League (WPSL) which is the largest national women's soccer league in the World.
The Pateadores team has players from youth level to former professional players. The team consists of a youth international goalkeeper, a youth State team player, current college players, former college players, a former professional player that played for Sky Blue FC from New Jersey as well as our very own former (and possibly future:)) Mexican International Norma Mendez.
The team kick off their season this Saturday at 6:30pm against Del Sol FC from Phoenix, Arizona followed by Sunday 11amagainst FC Tucson from Arizona. All home games are free to enter and are held in the stadium at Capistrano Valley High School, Via Escolar, Mission Viejo.
