Leading up to what has so far been an undefeated 10-0-1 2015 Fall Season in GU11 Tier 3 Club, the RSM GU11 Pateadores were finalists in two recent tournaments. Opening the Pateadores Cup with a 4-1 victory over the CFA San Clemente Waves - and a hard fought 1-1 draw over San Diego Montoya White, they earned the right to face a highly skilled Freedom FC club - for a birth to the Pats Cup Championship game at stake. They defeated Freedom FC in dramatic 2-1 fashion on the back of some amazing goaltending and a tenacious attack. They eventually fell in the finals to a skilled San Diego Football Academy FA Lee team. Following up their success at the Pats Cup, they once again reached the finals of the 42nd Annual Toyota of Orange Classic with impressive 1-0, 5-1, and 2-1 victories over LA Galaxy South Bay White, LA Premier FC Black, and Irvine Slammers FC White Rico respectively. The Freedom FC Club, however, exacted their measure of revenge - avenging their 2-1 defeat to the GU11 RSM Pats in the Pats Cup in this championship game 2-0. The GU11 RSM Pats look to close out their so far undefeated 2015 fall season in strong fashion.
