VA HAVOC Basketball program's mission is to provide a positive environment for student athletes by:
1.)  Creating fundamental life experiences and learning opportunities .
2.)  Serving as a primary prevention strategy against substance abuse, gangs and other risk behaviors.
3.)  Building student-athlete's confidence and self-esteem through teamwork and community recognition.
4.)  Helping student athletes develop effective communication and leadership skills.
5.)  Guiding student-athlete's basketball journey to help them achieve the goal of playing basketball at their next level.
