Total Futbol Academy San Diego is a new Chapter of Total Futbol Academy serving San Diego in Tierrasanta and surrounding areas.  The club was formed by coaches, administrators and parents from the former AYSO Tierrasanta Matrix program due to a desire to provide competitive players with higher level development and professional coaching.   This was not possible given the strict volunteer parent coaching model in AYSO.

We are excited for this new Chapter to allow players to grow and flourish in a club that will put their needs first.

We are a non-profit 501(c)(3) youth sports organization committed to delivering the top community-based soccer development to our kids. Based in San Diego, we provide a competitive and safe training environment for players ranging from 6 to 18 years old. In addition to regular practices, our professional coaches offer clinics and specialized camps tailored just for your player.

Our mission is to provide a positive environment for athletes, in which we build confidence and develop strengths necessary for success both on and off the field. We strive to inspire a sense of joy in playing the game of soccer along with a dedication to community, integrity and humility in our everlasting pursuit of excellence.

We believe that every child with passion and a dedication to the game should have access to PLAY soccer at the highest level. We believe in the development of the WHOLE child and building CONFIDENCE on the soccer field and in all areas of life. We believe in providing a POSITIVE environment where each child’s individual EXPERIENCE is EQUALLY significant.

We believe in the development of our coaches as positive ROLE MODELS, while holding them to the highest standards in both skill and strength of character. We believe soccer brings together people from various backgrounds to form a family, a COMMUNITY of SUPPORT, both on and off the field. 

WHAT ARE OUR COACHING STANDARDS?
All of our coaches hold at least a USSF E license or new Grassroots licenses for competitive teams  Many of our coaches hold a USSF D license or above.

WHAT LEAGUES DO WE PLAY IN?
We currently play in the SoCal League under US Youth Club Soccer. The SoCal League offers several levels of play.
