Rockvale Youth Football and Cheerleading calls Rockvale High School The Launch Pad it's home.  RYFC is focused on teaching and training our youth from the ages of 5-12 years old the fundamentals of football and cheerleading; with an emphasis on preparing them for the next level of play. RYFC uses football and cheerleading as an avenue to teach teamwork, hard-work, dedication, self-discipline, and to be a competitor. We focus on the overall development of each individual on and off the field, with a holistic approach to develop leaders within the Rockvale community. We have assembled a great group of volunteers to teach and develop each child. The RYFC is located in Rockvale Tennessee. However, we welcome youth from all over Middle Tennessee and surrounding counties into Rocket Nation.
